Edmonds Real Estate Market Update – September 2025

Here’s a quick snapshot of what’s happening in the Edmonds housing market right now:

• Median Sales Price: $997,000 → up 2.9% from last month

• Median Days on Market: 13 → up 18.2% from last month

• Percent of List Price Received: 99.4% → slightly down 0.2%

• Price per Square Foot: $466 → down 1.9%

What this means:

• Buyers may find slightly more breathing room with longer days on market and small dips in $/sq. ft.

• Sellers are still seeing strong pricing power, with homes selling close to list price.

• Overall, Edmonds remains a desirable and competitive market.
